* Manage innovation projects with timings, budget and client contacts.
* Participate in innovative RFQs.
* Protect the innovation with patents.
* Participate actively in Innovation team and organizational planning and activities.
* Conceive and manage research contracts on innovative technical textile solutions.
* Participate in internal staff management processes such as performance reviews, supervisory meetings, etc.
Perfil del candidato
* textile or electronics engineer with experience in smart textiles.
* Knowledge in textile processes.
* Experience in project management.
* Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Applied experience in implementing innovative solutions to technical challenges.
