We are looking for a Front Desk and Administrative Assistant to join our General Services department in Palma de Mallorca.
Main responsibilities:
-Meeting and greeting all visitors
-Answering/forwarding all incoming calls
-Maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude to clients
-Managing meeting room bookings
-Maintaining a high standard of tidiness and order in the reception area
-Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
-Booking logistic services with couriers
-Order office and kitchen supplies
-Coordinate with Handyman
-Providing general administrative support to the team
Detalle Oferta:
Requisitos
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
-High level of English
-Good knowledge of MS Office
-Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
