We are now looking for a Customer Representative (Danish Speaking) based in Valencia.
Your main focus as a Customer Representative is to take care of our On-Demand customer segment (small to medium size accounts), provide excellent customer service and nurture their potential. You will build relationships with existing customers in Denmark and will work closely with our teams in Copenhagen and Aarhus.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Nurturing the On-Demand business: answering leads and requests, sending quotes, being the main point of contact for all projects from start to delivery.
• Strengthen the bond with existing customers within the portfolio and grow the business they give us
• Provide excellent customer service
We are looking for someone, who
• Has a relevant education and/or some experience in sales or service
• Is fluent in Danish and English – both verbally and written
• Is an experienced user of Microsoft Office
• Has a strong willingness to work in a dynamic, innovative and international environment
