* To represent the Company in the Catalonian market.
* To sell the companies full range of propositions to chosen distributors.
* To manage directly himself some nominated brokers (Key Brokers).
* To agreed targets with broker contacts in order to maximize sales impact.
* To develop joint business plans with distributors. To develop strong relationships with distributors and prospects.
* To negotiate with senior staff at broker offices as well as the usual account executives, handlers and underwriters.
* To manage an extensive network of internal stakeholders in senior roles.
Perfil del candidato
* Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a finance, business or marketing.
* Solid distribution management experience, preferably in general insurance.
* Experience dealing with middle market business development.
* Knowledge of local insurance markets and brokers is a MUST.
* Excellent oral and written English and local language skills.
* Analytical mind and ability to think strategically.
* Results-oriented.
